    sending to plotter

I set up the copam 24 and had no problems communicating between the computer and the plotter using Corel but just this morning when I pulled the file which I convert to Adobe and place it on the desktop then open it from signcut from the desk top. It will open up but when I hit the cut button a screen pulls up to save as with the only file is a plot file to save it in. this never happened before and I can't get it to cut now. I need help with this. 717-571-3333 Dan

Vectorizing Art work for free on this Forum

I agree with every one on this forum. Being in the industry for 24 years on the fabrication and installation of electric signs, I always had someone working for me that did the graphics and never took the time to learn. Now that I have started another company, I am just learning the graphics side of the industry and am struggling in a lot of areas. I do appreciate the help of this forum and if someone needs help in the construction or installation side of the business they can give me a call anytime at 717-571-3333. Remember, what comes around goes around and I enjoy sharing the 24 years of knowlege with anyone. Dan Sersch

    Help!!!

Just purchased a Copam 2500 as a second plotter. It says after the installation the license number is shown in the about dialogue in the help menu. Where and what screen is this in. When I go to the signcut website I need the License number to even log in. If I try to open the desktop icon I need that number. (What a nightmare) can anyone hep me? I would appreciate it.
