    It is definitely a budget one, but windows is recognising it as a graphtec fc5100?

    So I've now found that the plotter is Graphtec FC5100. I have selected this model and connected to USB/COM1, but still no luck. Just getting cannot find port. Very frustrating

    Hi, I recently have had to re-install Flexisign on a new laptop. I have a ROHS 721 plotter and have installed the drivers. The laptop is now recognising the plotter, but I am unable to get Flexisign to do the same. I have been into production manager and tried to set up, but the plotter is not on the manufacturers list. I have tried setting up with some of the different models, but I just get the "cannot find port" error. Has anyone else had this problem and knows a way to get around this? Thanks in advance.
