So I do not know how to take an image..any image from anywhere else and vectorize it into my program is this simple can someone help me without it being a huge problem or is it super complicated

my job wont send it says holding & if it dose send it stops during cut & says cannot open port please help

I thought you ment switch it to other port.. I have not gotten a new usb cable ... is it a cord I can buy from best buy or somewhere like that or do I need to get it from USCUTTER... sorry it took so long to respond I appreciate all your help

yes it dose that sometimes too. I have tried switching to other port & that has been the problem but shldnt the program recognize and keep the same port open to run cut or dose it change on its own... But the issue Im having now is it wont even send the job to my cutter it says holding in product manager

ok I see where you are talking about in left top corner of product manager... yes it says its working in right port

I had this problem before and geek squad was able to fix it.. Now they are telling me to contact Flexi because my software is outdated... Then Flexi also told me I need to upgrade for either $50 month or $800 I'm frustrated because I already paid a lot for equipment & software I have & for the cuts I do it works fine any advice

I have tried shutting it down yes... I can try it again though

It's Flexi 10 starter... I just plug my jump drive (key) into side port of laptop

Ok my computer was running crappy so I called geek squad for assistance... They ran some diagnostic testing... Said I had issues they could fix ..like update drivers So they were sapped to be doing that ... Meanwhile I am unable to bring up Flexi ... It says key dose not match password... Idk ... So I tried putting the software cd back in... It's saying already installed do I want to override previous installation?
