My Titan has started cutting dashed lines in spots. It only happens on straight lines. Curved lines cut fine. I have called customer support and we have tried adjusting pressure, new blades, cut depth and the tension on the back of the machine on the feeder part. Still nothing has helped. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution to it. THX!

Thanks for all the suggestions. So, far either oiling it or adjusting the cut speed may of worked. I ran three small test cust of lettering and those have cut good. Sure hope it stays this way when I cut my 24x48 piece today.

That I'm not sure. I know I have adjusted so many things but can't see for sure that I have tried that. I am going to try adding a drop of oil to the blade cartridge and then will slow the speed down to see if that helps.

Teflon looks in great shape. I usually set the blade depth with a credit card but I have even taken it out and tested it on vinyl by dragging it and adjusting until you can hardly see it on the backing.

I have adjusted blade depth, force, new blade, adjusting the knobs on the back of the feed part. I have tried rotating graphics at an angle to see if that would help. I have adjusted the depth and force to so many times to fix the issue with no luck.

Curious if you ever found a solution to your problem?

My USB port seems to have gone bad. I can't get Signcut to communicate with the cutter. So, I purchased a USB to RS232 cable. That doesn't work either. Does anyone know if I need to download a new driver or anything for the RS232 to work?

I currently have a Laserpoint that just quit working. So, I am needing to purchase a new cutter. Does anyone have any suggestions on if I should go with he LaserPoint or the SC series. Doesn't seem to much different in the two. I mainly cut vinyl decals and heat press vinyl and glitter heat press. Customer service wasn't much help in deciding which one to go with. Thanks!

I have the Driver installed that worked with the usb cable. Just now it's not communicating with the computer so I thought maybe a Serial cable would work to no luck. Thanks for the info.
