I am doing a 2 tone car wrap. I need to the cut the line where the viny meet/slightly over lap. It has to be cut. I cant just use the straight edge of the vinyl. The cut is straight but over some curved surfaces. Is there any tricks I can use to do this. Other than just free hand with an excto knife?

ok well i bought some Oracal from Uscutter.com. I have so more questions tho. The car should have no wax or anything else on it right? just a simple wash using dishsoap? then spray donw with acohl and wipe with paper towel right? Then apply vinyl. O and I have sunroof but the roof will be matte black. could I get some matte lamintant to put over the glass to keep it clear but not shine/be glossy as much?

Hello. I plan to wrap my car in matte white vinyl but I dont what vinyl to buy. I have looked at some web sights that specilize in vinyl decals but they want 500 or more for a 58" x 20' sheet, but I looked some vinyl supply place and they wanted only 750 for 58" x 50 yards. What would be they diffence. Also I also read some where else that is better to do a layer of semi gloss white and then an other layer of matte finish. Honestly i dont a single thing about vinyl. I just know I want my matte white. What type to I of vinyl do i need? where can I get it? how hard is it to apply? how long will it last? will it stain?
