Vinyl Off Tracking and Bunching

It seems to have been a static problem. Hmmm never new that was an issue. A little spray of static guard fixed it up. Thank you all for your help. -
My Roland GX-24 is running the vinyl off and slightly bunching everytime I cut and throwing off everything. Please help! I can't even finish a job but a small one. This machine has always worked great until now. Any help would be great.
