I bought one of the rollers while they were on sale, got it yesterday. Looks like a nice unit.

I still need to get some time to build one. Following some tips on YouTube it's getting better though.

Thanks for the tips. Going to build one of those stands this weekend. I was putting the tape down on the decal. Watched some videos and have some better ideas now.

Thanks for the replies, I searched but wasn't sure what key words to use. Vinyl master cut will tile it for me and I can set overlap. Never thought about using the difference tool in paths to just slice it in half, that's definitely better than what I was thinking about doing. Thanks again.

Is there an easy way to slice an image in half? Been drawing in inkscape now for a couple years but never had to cut something in two pieces. Using vinyl master cut if that helps. Have an sc 34 and want to cut a 58" piece. Not sure how to go about it. Short of running a line through it and breaking nodes in half. Thanks for any help.

Did this for my wall. Still struggling with the transfer tape. I have a hard time getting it on smooth. Off to YouTube for some videos.

Thanks, the name is just how it sounds basically. There could be a period after J but it's J Flews. Everyone just spells it JFlew's. My only Internet presence is Facebook and that is how my page is spelled out. Www.facebook.com/JFlewsFabShop I agree on the plasma cutter torches, not many will know what they are. But I mainly operate my cnc table now, not much in the way of welding these days. It's easier to hit go and let it work while I ay on the internet. Thank you though for the comments, I appreciate the thoughts!

Wanted to make some window stickers for my shop so what better first test cuts to make. Had to dial it in some on the pressure and blade depth but cutting well now. Need to work on the sparks off the torch for the cutter. My cnc plasma program automatically corrects for cuts that are too small. Little different than what I'm used to.

Ordered a 34" SC on Monday and received it today. 2 random bolts inside the plastic cover on the serial hook up side and one in the box. It moves and completes the test function so... Couple years ago I built a plasma cnc table and wanted to just make some decals for myself and friends. Not looking to recoup money or anything. Might use it in conjunction with powder coating though.
