Do you by chance know if there is a CD that can be purchased for training purposes on this cutter?

The connection on vinyl cutter is the same but bigger

The cord that came with cutter is not basic USB. It is one with prongs that have a tightening screw on each side. I am thinking I might have to call the company and get a new cord.
