i use anywhere from 6" wide to 48" wide vinyl. WHen i press the measure button on the plotter it measures it but doesn't relay the information to the computer. Know what i mean? What is architecture D?

Yea. I got my stuff but the whole process seemed a bit unorganized. I'll stick with fellers and signwarehouse from now on.

I have had the copam for a few years now and it works fantastic. The only complaint i have is that each time i cut,i have to manually measure the width of the vinyl then type it in to Flexi. Can the Copam send it's measurements directly to Flexi? I am using XP with the serial cable.

yes i have called 3 times. this just happened 2 weeks ago. what are you talking about 1st post 3 years ago? it was ordered along with the vinyl. First they said it was shipped with the vinyl. Then they said it was being drop shipped then they cannot provide a tracking number because of where it was being shipped from doesnt have electronic capability. seriously, NO ELECTONIC TRACKING CAPABILITY. thats what he told me. i have also wrote 2 emails and turned in 3 tickets.

...................I am EXTREMELY frustrated by this experience i've had with UScutter and felt that I needed to voice my opinion. I was/am using UScutter for most of my supply needs but now this is making me reconsider. When I get a complaint from one of MY customers, I do EVERYTHING in my power to get it right. If it is even remotely my fault, I will take responsibility and eat any costs to make the customer satisfied. I've noticed that after reading a few posts here that this is NOT the case with UScutter. This EXACT thing just happened to me. Only mine was includes a $235 clipart cd. I still havent recieved the cd and havent heard anything about it. If i dont get it by the end of this week im going to file a complaint to the BBB. This is the first and LAST time i will order from uscutter. Im sticking with signwarehouse. They have WAAAAAY better service!

is it possible to cut less than 6" with this plotter? I have a 5" piece of vinyl about 20 foot long that i would like to cut but i cant figure out houw to get the pinch rollers to go less than 6".

Mine did this when cutting oracal 851. I just made the blade a little longer and made up the extra blade space by raising up the blade assembly. This would allow the blade to cut the vinyl without it sticking. Also a 60 degree blade helps.

i am using the PNC 1000 driver Ken. It seems to run very well with it. No problems yet.

does no one have the 4050 in this forum?

Try a different driver haze. Mine did that until i switched drivers. I tried a bunch of different ones and finally found one that works good. I have the Copam 4050 and i use flexi. hope that helps

I am debating on getting winpcsign too Tater. I have a Copam 4050 and all the Flexi drivers i have tried dont work worth a crap. Im dead in the water pretty much right now.

I bought a 4050 about a month ago and i cant figure out how to cut cinyl with pieces less than 6"? Is this even possible? Also, does anyone know what driver works best for the 4050 in flexi? Thanx guys.
