I just recieved my roll of Sihl 3988 vinyl, I intend on using my Epson 1100 with pigment ink to print;. What do you use to cut it to sizeable pieces so it will feed into the Epson 1100? What do you use to seal it? Is frog juice the best? Thanks!

I have a laserpoint I use with Signcut. I have just started using it, when I try to calibrate it. The arrows come up on the screen, but when I hit click them with the mouse it does not move the cutter at all. I can go over to the cutter and make it move the cutting head by using the arrows on the laserpoint, just not through the software. Am I missing something here? I tried putting it in "offline" mode when trying to move the head and also did it when it was online. Any Suggestions? Am I going about this wrong? I want to contour with it and cannot move the head with the software controls.

I have been reading on these forums and have seen some posts about copyright material. I had a customer call me today wanting Norton motorcycle decals for his motorcycle that he is restoring. He mentioned to me that he has the files he needs cut! I am thinking this might be someone out 'shopping' around! Let me know your input! I am nervous about printing these things as it is copyright to nortel, I am going to have to turn this job down..Which I hate to do, it is not worth it in my opinion over some decals to get sued. How do you tell customers in a nice way you can't print copyrighted material? Do I bluntly say " I am sorry I cannot print anything that is copyrighted?"

CE5000-60 Tighten blade carriage
Stlouistech replied to Stlouistech's topic in GraphTec Cutting Plotter Discussion
These are tight...The issue I have is that you can put your finger behind the carrage and move your finger towards you and it wobbles. It has play back and forth vertical wise....Hope that that is not confusing. Thanks...How would I tighten this? -

I have a Grahtec CE5000-60.. When I do a test cut via the Graphtec, it cuts a square with a triangle in the middle of it. The issue I am having is that On the top right corner and the bottom left corner of the test cut square, those two are at an angle and not straight....Is this the offset?

When I do the test cut from the Graphtec Cutting software, the circle is not even round, it turns out oval...he corner of the square also is not square...It is rounded like the "test" cut button. I will order some new blades tomorrow. Thanks for your help, hopefully the new blades fix it... -

Tried to get pictures, really can't...The test cut is pretty small....I also see when weeding the test cuts that the triangle inside the square does not have straight lines. This has me puzzled. -

Nothing in blade holder, I am checking with the blade. The offset is at 0.... Drop of oil in the holder? -

Tried the offset, tried -1 through +5 and they all seem to have the same end result. -

Hello all, I am wanting to make some CornHole boards, does anyone have a template that I can use? I would need to get them printed from someone on the forum as well. Thanks in advance.

Excellent work! -
This looks easy to manual trace and then scan.

To some it is not about cost, it is about quality of work as well as relationships with businesses. I have several vendors that I purchase from, I can get what I get from them cheaper. Since they do research for me for nothing if need be and I have never had any problems with them I pay the extra $ to get the service and quality.

Hey, What software do you use for your Graphtec?
I just bought mine used, I don't know what it comes with.
