    Tiny tabs

Is there a setting that can help prevent these SUPER TINY tabs that prevent the corners from fully connecting intersecting cuts (I'm not explaining this very well) but I seem to often end up with these micro pieces that make weeding AGGRAVATING.

    Protecting vinyl

I made these labels for the tread risers of our firehouse. These stairs are used heavily. Is there a clear coat type coating that can be sprayed over the vinyl to help protect them from the wear and tear of stairs? Any help is greatly appreciated.

MH 721 Settings for metallic vinyl

Thanki you for all the input. Fortunatly I won't be cutting this stuff very often. After adding a bit more pressure on the pinch rollers and taking your advice to pre-roll the material I was able to cut though the stuff resasonably well. Thank you again for your help
  4. I did a search and didn't see anything to help me with the needed settings for cutting metallic vinyl. Material: http://www.ebay.com/itm/130484286803 Issues: My test cut had the material slipping between the pinch roller and driver roller The test also showed the knife not completely cutting through the metallic material. My thoughts: Increase pinch roller pressure Slow cutter speed down Increase cutter head pressure Question: Does anyone have any guidance on these settings to get through this material? Any tips, tricks or hints on increasing pinch roller "grip" besides just increasing pressure? All help, thoughts, comments welcome. As always thank you Mike T
  5. Being new to the forum and this being my first post I would understand if it doesn't get a lot of attention, but I thought I would ask. I am trying to create a vinyl version of this for use on picture frames. This is gold leaf on a fire truck. Just wondering if anyone could help me create the gold base, and a black line overlay and outline. Thak you to everyone for helping us NEWBIES
