Ok... got rid of that CutMaster 2....p.o.s. (for me at least). Tried the free 1 week trial for SignCut Pro and WORKED THE 1ST TIME (still have to tweak my cutting better) !!!! Stole Wild Goose's file and cut this...THANKS WILD GOOSE !!!!!

Be EXTREMELY careful about SW...lots of unhappy customers about their customer service!!! I got mine through Imprintables Warehouse because their shipping was the cheapest for me and their customer service is AWESOME !!!!!!!

I drill a LOT of holes into plastic kayaks (for padeyes, cleats, etc) right when I start going through, I reverse the drill and finish it off like that...sometimes I use a deburring tool...not much though...

My Gout acts up 2x sometimes 3x a year , because I'm a Mountain Dew freak. If I feel it coming on, I take 1 Indomethacin. If I wake up and it's too late, I'll eat something and pop 2 of them. In 3 hours I feel MUCH better !!!!!!!!!

1st of all...NOT A DUMB QUESTION!!! STUPID INSTRUCTIONS!!! TauntDevil, yes, the picture you're showing is wrong. the pinch rollers ARE supposed to be right above the knurled part of your feed rollers and are NOT supposed to be over the white marks. If you're ruining vinyl, you have to find out how to adjust the pressure of the pinch rollers....You're manual doesn't have that? 1st thing in the morning, if I were you, I'd call USCUTTER if nobody posts a solution by the time you wake up. I reread the instructions that are on the left side of the picture... the 4th sentence: "the best method to follow is simply to ensure that the pinch-rollers are directly above the knurled part of the feed-rollers." Then it goes on to say about the break in the feed-roller identified by the white tape yada yada yada....but the last sentence KILLS ME "IN THE IMAGE YOU CAN ALSO SEE THAT THE PINCH-ROLLERS ARE POSITIONED TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BREAK AND ARE FULLY ON TOP THE KNURLED FEED ROLLER BAR." THAT'S NOT WHAT THE PICTURE SHOWS!!!!I IT SHOWS THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT THEY SAID WHAT TO DO!!!!!!

I hear all kinds of bad stories from websites that people just get stuff from, then find out later they have a virus or something Here is a pretty good article that I was caught in...I downloaded something on the house computer and can't get rid of it.
