I just installed a brand new motherboard

No it moves left to right but the blade will not move up and down and the laser light is not on.

I replaced the motherboard because my cutter was not powering on correctly and screen was blinking blue and tech support said replace the motherboard. I got my new one today and now it all seems to work except blade don't move at all. I went back and rechecked all connections.

I replaced the motherboard and now my blade won't move and noticed the laser is not lighting up. Any help?
