Will the SC2 work with flexi 8.1? not sure if the correct drivers are there... thanks

thanks... Yes Im still using win 7 pro with flexi 8.1.... I had a titan 3 58", sold it to downsize.... I have found the cutting software is par at best that comes with the cutters JT

Everyone does great jobs on all the etching projects... here are a few of mine.... I also do faux stained glass work as well and combine that with etching and vinyl designs... I do use the etching cream... it is a little expensive, but you can scrape it off the surface and re-use it lots of times... the cream is for very fine details... sand etching has a tendency to blow out the very fine lines... all these items were sand etched.... as I only use the etch cream for very fine details jT

will check.. in the pricing sheet, cal is 3.00 sq ft and cast is 4.00 sq. ft... or are you saying cast vinyl is half the cost of cal to purchase? if so.. send me that link and I will buy up a bunch

I use X-I-M Etch-I-M Water Based Acid Etch... the lion head was sand etched... with the acid etch.. I found you have to lay it on THICK...thicker the better... I leave it on for a min. of 20 minutes then scrape off the excess and put it back in the container... main thing is you dont want the cream to dry out...if a section of the cream dries out.. then it stops etching...and makes a splotchy surface... Here is my Estimator spreedsheet I estimate my jobs (cut vinyl) using a square foot method.... Thanks for the spreedsheet work... I do a little of that and I know how hard it can be...... you can pull your hair out when a formular doesnt work I actually charge by the sq. foot.... say I have a 24" x 12" design (2 sq. ft.) I charge for a 12" x 30" pcs. (30" roll) 2.5 sq ft.. that compensates for all the waste material... I made an printable invoice sheet in the second spreedsheet so I can copy the total and then print it out.... its a bare bones thing... and hope to work on it some more soon

What do I need to get my flexi 8.1 to be able to send cut files out to the Titan 3 (53") machine? been looking for the info, but no luck yet thanks in advance JT
