Hi everyone, I am new here but have been an avid reader for a long time. I have been in the vinyl world for 14 years with 99% of the work being local and have designed, made and installed all things from skateboards, bikes, car, trucks, trailers graphics all the way to 1M$ yacht lettering (for a world rspected local maker) including some used in promotional video media even long before the facebook days. I have occasionally used Stouse for large runs of cut decals and lettering...but recently have realized that I can supply the same service at a much lower cost to the industry and make it perhaps a large part of our activities. Would you all think that this is a valuable service within the vinyl/signshop community? My intention is to have it available below wholesale exclusively to the vinyl/signshop community. Another thing that works really well is apply low friction tape over the entire cutting strip. It is really robust and its inherent low friction does not adny more load on the blade or rollers.
