Does anyone know what type of material they use on the bottom platen pad of a heat press?

is if more of a silicone foam or silicon rubber?

ive seen some at mcmastercarr but not sure what the hardness of the material wold be.. i dont want to go too soft and have issues

I just spoke to Traci over at Siser.. They have RGB, HEX and Pantone. She doesnt have a list that she can send to me but is willing to send me the information if I ask for certain colors. The RGB for Navy Blue Easyweed is: R=55 G=62 B=75 Sun Yellow Easyweed RGB Values R=255 G=172 B=0

a while back someone posted a template of perforated holes. ive search for perforate holes and came up empty. was it removed?

If i want to design a full back window decal this would typically be printed on perforated vinyl so you can see thru it.. correct What if you were to print on clear vinyl, would you still be able to see thru the ink or will the ink not allow you to see thru the vinyl.

i was always under charging.. never really charged for my time just marked up the material a little. then a wise person (my wife) said you need to charge for your time if you want to make money. remember is that want it cheaper they can go to that person.. most likely they will come back to you to fix the other persons job and have you do it right way. You always get what you pay for...

Here is a little back story on how i got this job. We bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from a dealership. When we bought the 2015 Jeep we installed the Jeep Star on the hood with a breast cancer ribbon on it. Looks real nice. Owned it for 8 month and started having issues with it. The said dealership was giving us the run around on fixing it so we wanted to trade it in, They didn't was to work with us at all so we went to another dealership and traded it in. Again we installed a similar decal on the 2016 Jeep. Went back to the new dealership to get the registration and the sales manager approached us and said he wanted us to do a few Jeeps for him in the showroom. Of coarse we said OK.. We installed them last night and he wanted to know how fast i can get to more done. We are going back on Friday to do them. And he asked for a quote to do 1000 chrome decals with their name cut out of them.

A customer of mine just gave me some heat transfer paper for an inkjet printer. Has anyone ever heard of this company. I googled them but nothing about photo paper comes up.

What do you put in between your HTV designs after weeding them to store them. I have 36 shirts to do and it takes time to weed before i press them and want to stack them for a day.

I have an Epson Workforce 840, can i convert it to use a pigment base ink? If yes, then i should be able to print onto HTV vinyl and or printable vinyl, correct?
