Let me start by saying that up until now USCutter has been excellent.
My problem is that I placed an order for some calendered vinyl and some easy weed heat vinyl.
As usual, I received an e-mail stating it had been shipped and I was provided a tracking number.
When I received my order, only the calendered vinyl was in the box, but none of my heat vinyl.
I sent an e-mail on 9/16 and again on 9/17 with no response at all. Then I went into the web site and submitted a ticket on 9/18 with an automated response advising me that I would have a response from a real person within 2 business days. I made out ANOTHER ticket on 9/22 and received the same automated response.
It is now 9/24. No one seems to be interested in helping me. No one is answereing the phones much less my e-mails.
I am hoping that by posting on the forum, that someone who matters will take notice and follow-up on my complaint.
I need that vinyl that was not delivered. I need even more vinyl, but I'm very hesitant to place another order.
I am placing a pic of my packing slip showing that part of my order was yellowed out (and not shipped)
