After filling out the info and clicking send, it said form could not be sent so i gave up after multiple tries but something happened i guess cause Out of the blue i got my free 48"x5 yd roll ,where its asks for Dealer info ,just put a name of one in there,even if its not near you.

The rep wouldnt change the answer even tho the Original sales rep GAVE WRONG INFO to you ,and i said whats the point of talking to a sales rep if they dont know the products accurately and then sale an item with false info ? .And was told to go to the link above and read the description. Even tho talking to rep and they said it would work and lied to get the sale,The Description specs does specifically say what it does work only for...Really sucks tho. I would be pissed as well.Thats why everytime i buy something and talk to a rep i ask for their name and take note of it and also write it down on my billing slip when my product arrives....

Not sure who you guys are contacting cause i contacted them thru the link that was provided earlier and i got a response back saying they dont do the sample rolls anymore and havent for a long time and told me to get ahold of a rep near my area and they could get me sheets of samples but not rolls.. So if im missing something during the request area , please let me know..

Perfectly said Skeeter..I have the same machine as you NewDesigns, I just got mine just over a month ago and im very happy with it...I run my Blade at 102 grams of pressure, and the test cut by hand with scrap vinyl is the way to do it . as long as the blade does not cut thru the backing paper you will be good. as for speed i run mine around 144 for now. Depending on what your design looks like, the speed will vary/ if there is a lot of smaller detail then run a slower speed. but if you are doing simple cuts like numbers, letters, larger graphics with larger cuts then a faster speed will be ok... You just have to determine the complexity of your design... Trial and error is in your path ahead. We all do it ,Even the pros still have those days...

Ya I know that, after i posted it i was like duh lol.

I have no overhead. i work from home. equipment is new and 95% of my designs take less than 2 min to create in ai and send the scalp4. Weeding time is less than 5 min on most but no more than 10 min.. To me im doing good i guess lol

Since im new to this decal world, am i understanding these calculator things correctly. If i get a 12"x50yd (which is 150 sq feet going by the calculator i got from here earlier in the post) roll of oracal 651 at 25.00 a roll it breaks down to .17cents a square foot? Thats what my cost is ? And if im charging $10-$15 for sq foot for a design from my customer,Is that good?

I posted this in a another area but im gonna bring it here as well. Hope its ok ,But here is my version of a light table i thought of and it works awesome and was pretty cheap to build. Overall size is 50"Lx 18 1/2 " D. Black cloth to keep light in, 1 each 6000k Led Light Bar, pvc,Plexiglass top . under 55 bucks
