Enjoy-- I know the original excel spreadsheet is out there,but i learned how to break it up to add htv and so i added a htv section using the same formula.Just in case someone new hasn't seen or heard of it before im posting it for everyone to take at the bottom of the post. For those who dont know how to use it here you go .. First-What this does is tells you all the info about your rolls you buy,It tells you how many sq feet, inches,yards may be in the material you bought and Cost per sq in,foot,yd and then the calculator side tells you how much it actually costs BEFORE LABOR to make a decal or design using vinyl and transtape if needed. I added a partial screen shot to what it will look like,The lower section( Out of sight) is the same but used for HTV vinyl. ----Any questions just ask and enjoy--- For those who dont know how to use it here you go .. PART 1 -Material info LINE A----Click on the box Name of Vinyl Roll and put as needed. LINE B- put the brand and size and width for reference Line C -where you bought it from. LINE D - Width of roll Line E- Length Of Roll Line F - Cost you paid for roll- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After adding the info above, the following Lines (G thru L )next will break the material into how much area in the vinyl there is- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Part 2 - Calculator Line M- Put in the length of your design Line N- Put in the Width of the design Line O- How many of the designs are you making, If its only 1 design you can leave blank or add a 1.either will work ,If more than 2, then add as needed. So i have the opportunity to adventure out once again lol. What is a good laser cutter for etching glass(drinking glass or similar ) or like dog tags or small wood projects that wont break the bank maybe for under 500 or less if possible and that would allow the glass to spin true flat so its accurate ? Thanks

So im looking into the Epson WorkForce printers from cobra ink like the Epson WorkForce 7610 and the 7110 etc ,but my question is what ink is the best they supply for doing shirts? the sub ink,pigment or dye based and what printer should i go with as well the latest 7610 or? and what transfer sheets do you guys suggest to use as well .Thanks a bunch in advanced..

I forgot i had bought this 2 years ago and used 1 time and didnt know what it really was at first lol my original use was for editing pictures on instead of using a mouse pad and now im curious where can i find the help in how to use this for tracing etc to apply for vector work.. Hopefully someone has a couple links or suggestions ..Thank you in advance.

Anyone else like the new version ? Just got signed up with the new 2018 version on the cloud. I like the new features it has and upgrades, really like the new font preview feature they added.

Well have them remove the Pm , and i will start posting everything here.. And that goes for personal converstaions as well. Like one person who Contacted ME who i never had talked to before and they were just having a bad slump in life and seen how helpful i was a took it upon them self to Pm me,asked for help on something if i remember correctly ,.This person was going thru depression etc and the talk i had with them made their day. They were in a better mood etc. Did i have to do this or care no. But its how i am and was raised, Im sorry for being so straight forward of a person on helping.

And you always will.... Im a one on one helper most of the time .... You have no idea how many people actually send me pm's without posting about it asking me questions on my cutter,scalps etc... I guess i should start complaining about it ,,,, Ive already had a talk with dakotagrfx about one thing i did awhile ago and it was taken care of.. And i have done it since.. I dont try to sell anything . I offer my advice ,explain how i do things, Its not my fault if i get a pm , And its not against the rules to offer like i do... Ive said it once before , I will always offer help thru a pm, if i see somene struggling on something.... I guess i wuill just stop answering my messages from those qho contact me....

How is it hiding something if i m telling him to contact me if he has questions about it or show him how it works and sometimes showing to better than talking,writing about it ,, .... @cardudenc has had me show him how it works when he mentioned it awhile ago when he was having issues with Vm, After seeing it ,he bought it... If the heat applied slow enough and even it will be fine. If the glass is heated to fast it will not be good . Ive seen this happened and thats where i learned to use shop lights at a distance and let it slowly warm up. Very rarely do i use a heat gun on glass.

I have the titan 2 and its a great cutter,quiet and accurate. Just my opinion.

I love tips more than the original payment they owe.It shows that im am appreciated and my work is liked by others. Even have had a couple shops compliment on my work or how i installed something how i do. .Well im off to bed. Big day tomorrow . Photoshoots this week.. Have a great nigh Dakotagrafx and everyone.

Well whats weird is with every job i do. I always get a very nice tip so thats included in that amount ive made... The biggest tip i have received for doing 2 sweaters at $20 each was $ 50 cause i dont charge a design fee, Most shops here charge $85 For a setup fee and $35 for more than 1 preview and adjustment made. But on the average Tips are a huge with me for some reason ,I guess because im quick on turn around. I average anywhere from 10 to 20 bucks tip every order.Same with my decals. 15-20 for tips and more usually lol. And there is more screen Printers here than anyone doing Htv. . I get a lot of businesses.

Not yet, I i got in Feb 2017 but hadn't used it maybe for a month or so i think ,At the time i was still real busy with my photography and decals. But ive done probably 40 pressings on it and probably about $1500 so far. And thats after costs were paid for material used etc.

My heatpress i got was a hotronix fusion 16x20 2100.00 plus accessory platens was about 2800 total.

How does the dryer sheets work if the vinyl is on a cardboard core? or does it actually work thru it . I wouldnt think it would really.But i dont have static issues on my titan 2 at any length i have cut.

I use 651,751 and a few others all day long. for transtape i buy only this -- GreenStar Layflat Classic Transfer Tape - Medium Tack never use anything else unless i am using 631.. Never have issues on anything ...

Ya i knew the mh was a lighting storm creator lol .......I know on my titan 2 i dont have the static issue, but i think mine has the rubber feet under it as well .I will have to look when i get home..

I was curious if the static was fixed in that cutter like the other lower end ones, I was just talking to someone else about it cause it was acting crazy ( like a static issue would cause) when they tried cutting some things..
