  1. I'm using a USCutter MH721 purchased about two years ago, cutting on Siser Easy Weed and using Sure Cuts A Lot 3 Pro on Windows 7. I recently replaced the machine's z chip and installed a new blade and blade holder onto the machine. The machine now, operating the same as I had been before swapping out the z chip, seems to pull on the vinyl causing it to bunch up and jam while the cut is being processed. This primarily happens when the cut gets too close to the edge. Cutting approx 1.5-2 inches away from the edge of the vinyl works fine, but I lose a lot of cutting area. Other than this, the blade cuts the vinyl just perfectly, and there's no other loses of lines or precision. Right now, I've adjusted the speed to 20 i/s and the force to 90g. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
  2. I'm using a MH721 cutter purchased about two years ago cutting Siser Easy Weed heat transfer vinyl. I was cutting a design and the machine was working fine until, quite suddenly, the blade appeared to lose all pressure and stopped lifting when setting the origin point or returning to resting position. This happens when sending a cut from the computer and when using the TEST feature on the machine. The blade is not penetrating the vinyl enough to weed and is leaving lines when moving to cutting point and back to resting position. I replaced the blade hoping that may be the culprit, but no luck. Similarly, adjusting the force of the cut achieves the same results. Any help would be appreciated.
