Ok, so I did the clipping mask thing. It didn't work. I can make it work with text but it won't work with the owl. Is there a certain type of format it has to be in? I typed in some text and it worked perfectly, so I have the steps down. I just don't know why the owl won't work.

In SCAL I'm normally able to do this when I'm using 2 traced images. I'm assuming my problem is arising because the background pattern isn't traced. Anyone explain how to do it in Photoshop, keeping in mind I'm totally new at using it?

I'm going to print it. I got a RIcoh printer and Chromablast for Christmas and I'm trying to get it all figured out. I've never done it before and this design is something a customer wants.

I'm trying to get the background pattern to come through the owl. I'm using SCAL 3 pro. Normally I would select both images and "front minus back", but for whatever reason, it's not working. The background is a googled image I placed on the page and the owl is a traced image. I also have Inkscape and Photoshop CS6. I am VERY unfamiliar with both of those. My ultimate goal is to use the design for DTG with Chromablast, which I've never done either. Thanks!

I use Sure Cuts A Lot 3 pro. I don't know of it having that. Would there be another way for me to get the color library like you're talking about? Thanks so much for your help.

I want to make a file to show all color choices for my adhesive vinyl. I carry more than just oracal and I don't have all the the colors oracal carries, so I can't just use their generic color list. I've seen lots of them made. How are they done? I've attached an example below. Thanks!!

I purchased a monogram font from Frontbros yesterday. I says that my ligatures may not be enabled. I don't even know what ligatures are, much less how to enable them in SCAL3 pro. It's saying since the third letter in the monogram won't automatically conform to the right side I need to change the settings. Anyone know how to do that?? Thanks!

I have a customer wanting 2 license plates with an aztec print on them. She doesn't want them to match but to be the same theme, if that makes sense. I do vinyl and HTV but don't do sublimation. I plan to add the monograms to them afterward. Please let me know if you can help. Shipping will be to 35640. The sooner the better. The only other person I've found so far wants $18 each for them. There's no way she'll pay that. Thanks!!

I've got a customer that wants several ribbed tanks done with glitter vinyl. I've never worked with ribbed tanks because I've always been afraid it wouldn't work well. I would assume glitter definitely wouldn't work? Is there anything that will work? I hate to turn it down!
