Posted this in software aswell because im not sure if its software or hardware issue. Just got the MH-721, have tried the PNC-1000 driver, the GX-24, GX-500, and the ones from the US Cutter site. Tried via USB and Serial. In Roland Cutstudio no matter what layout i choose Landscape or Portrait, the cutter always cuts the opposite way. So If I set up everything in portrait within the right measurements of the vinyl everything will cut sideways instead and the blade will run off the vinyl... If I cut in landscape It will cut the wrong way aswell so i managed to cut a few things with the layout in landscape and my images running vertical beyond the designated area of the vinyl on the screen. Wierd. Please help. Also in roland and and Sign blazer we've had issues with the machine making a long random cut across the image, doesn't happen every time though.
