Long time lurker, first time poster.
Looking at the possibility of a vinyl decal on a standard PVC card (like an ID card). I want to be able to protect the vinyl from getting nicked or peeling off as this would need to be a relatively durable outdoor use- basically disc golf league membership cards that hang on members golf bags. Am I wrong in thinking a couple layers of a decent clear coat would do a sufficient job for this application?
And if this is an OK route to go, what are your recommendations for types/ brands of clear coats?
