I had to reformate my hard drive and have everything back running i need the ftdi driver that we have to download i am running windows xp, refirne mh721, signcut software signcut loaded great can't get com4 to show up and i remember back we had to download this driver and i don't remember from where. Thanks for the help

I too am having the same problem have a refine mh721 have reinstalled the drivers gone into device manger changed everything to com 1 in both signcut and device manager rebooted and still will not cut. if i set the setting to 1341 and run calibrate it will cut a 12 inch square thats it HELP

Sorry people but when it comes to this high tech stuff I am lost. Purchased a new refine plotter am using a Sony Vaio laptop VGNfe590P downloaded the drivers for the usb port claims they installed I changed the com port in sign cut and nothing happens when i try to cut or print. The computer tells me it found new hardware but i can't find it. Should it show up in my printer settings? Help Thanks so much
