    Turned down a job today...

So they needed more than just prints? I must be confused. Needing secretarial service IMO would be needing you to revise, edit, or proofread the files first. Print shops would be responsible for the downloading/printing, collating/sorting, and mail merge/adding postage info for direct mailing (if needed).

    Turned down a job today...

Probably your best bet not to take that job. But If you did... ...Get quote from an actual print shop...add 20% for "hassle" fee and if they are willing to pay for the service still...you basically got a free payday
  3. I don't have the SUPERDUTY for the grill and tailgate only inlays for the F-250 and POWERSTROKE emblems on 2010+ models. What I would do is wrap over the grill/tailgate area and into the recess then carefully trim out by hand.

    Need this eps image simplified.

I looked at the file doesnt look like it would be extremely difficult. I would be glad to help but it will most likely be the weekend before I can mess with it. If someone doesnt chime in that can do it before then ill take care of it for you.

    Chrome vinyl

I prefer using "stretchy" wrap vinyl for everything. It's a bit thicker than regular vinyl so your knife pressure needs to be greater but besides that the only real difference is the backing paper and the "air release" grid if it has it. Now with that I have never used conform chrome just this mirror chrome...not stretchy. Actually kind of brittle and scratches easily. http://www.signwarehouse.com/p/avery-chrome-mirror---15-inch-x-10-yds
  7. Nice work. Following your page on FB now

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here....

My guess would be hidden layers/clipping masks or the "white" areas are just a stroke and the cut lines actually overlap. Post the file and I can assist with making it cut ready.

    Storefront Logo

Did a nice large (relatively 40"x60") storefront logo for my sister-in-law earlier this week. Her dad is opening a little Italian style deli/grocery store here in beautiful downtown Greenville, SC. I did this in Adobe Illustrator and cut with my 24" plotter with a seamless design. This was cut in 3 pieces of 751 glossy white (24x40, 20x24, and 24x60) and then all then separated to be installed in 5 sections...again no seams or overlaps on this one. I love doing large logos and it's fun designing and making them work as seamless logos. I basically had to build a scaled template so It would work correctly without overlaps. Also working a few large seamless truck logos so stay tuned for those to be posted within the next few weeks as well.

    Which vinyl to use....

I would suggest to go with the wrap grade Avery SW900 for car body decals....stripes and large pieces such as hood/roof with complicated curves will be much easier with the wrap vinyl. Not to mention it will peel cleaner and leave less glue than regular vinyl when eventually removing the graphics.

    Another Truck Wrap Complete!

2010 F150 with Fiberworx complete wide fenders kit and full long travel suspension with 37" tires. Wrapped the fenders in Avery SW900 Gloss Black Metallic to match the existing Tuxedo Black Metallic paint on the cab. Put about 12 straight hours into this project and worked well into early Sunday morning. So big it barely fit into the garage!

    Another Truck Wrap Complete!

Thanks! Yeah this truck is a beast. 37" tires w/Method wheels and full long travel Fox and RPG suspension setup. Plus with the extra wide fenders I was afraid it wasn't going to fit in the garage lol

    favorite mouse died

I switched up to a Wacam Intuos and havent missed my mouse since. Much more fun when you have that much control of design work. I got so used to it I actually put away my mouse...and its a great "security" system when my computer is booted up since nobody else knows how to use it

    Raw Picture

You will have to buy the largest photo you can (300 DPI) and scale it up. If it looks blurry you may have to attempt to take one yourself or have a photographer take it. You won't find an 8' tall photo on the internet...

    Raw Picture

I would send you some of my Raw photos...but I don't think you want a giant picture of my truck in your kitchen
