hi its starting to do my head now i had a cheap chinese machine before but it blown up in thunder storm .so i purchased a fresh 1 from off ebay .kingcut . well this machine just trashes vinyl more than we trash cars at banger racing . ive tried stripping images down so that it cuts ok but it does work sometimes and others not .like ive just trying to do logo now which is 400 by 40 and its seems to be to much info for it to cope it has cut door numbers ok 800 x300 sometimes .any ideas on how to resolve this it seams to be a memory thing i reckon how can i get this to do a cut without slashing straight through it when half way through the job i do get king cut error but nether noted the code down . help appreciated thanks guys

i think its semi sorted it was something to do with .serial port or usb settings in control panel selecting hardware option helped loads it lifts off after cut , but if i did a bigger image it keeps scrawling a line thru image and wasting vinyl its doing my head in my other machine worked great it was all in chinese but has no power to it now after a storm so purchased this one and its been a right pain . is it somethinbg to do with artcut as i use that .

hi wondered if anyone could help me im new to this and just got a cutter off ebay and it cuts great but doesn't lift off and scratches the vinyl anybody know what it is many thank
