I have been having trouble with the contour cutting feature on my Zen cut black for over 1 month, It would have a real problem finding the registration marks on the sheet. We did get it to work in Sign cut pro, but it wasnt a accurate cut. I could never get it fixed so I contacted Gcc directly. They got it running again by updating the firmware on the cutter. Its hard to decribe how to do this So I would suggest Calling uscutter and have them update the firmware to solve this problem. Hope this helps ,.

Anyone have a good supplier for precut heat press vinyl for quantities of like 25 to 50 . Trying to save some money and time on bigger orders of T shirts. Thanks

Topic says it. Day after day I call and email, only to be told you will call back and I never get any response from anyone to resolve my issue with my zencut. There goes all the money I spent with 0 support. -
Have a customer who wants me to do some heat press vinyl, 1 color on her shirts. She already has 30 shirts and just needs 1 side done. Vinyl is about 3 Inch Tall letter 12 wide. Any suggestions.

I have a ZenCut Black . Keep getting a Check carriage Sensor or Vc Motor error when cutting vinyl. Starts after about 30 seconds of Cutting,. Never had this problem before. Anyone else ran into this>?
