I made this for a neighbor who owns a recycling company and needed to replace his stencils for painting on dumpsters. I cut it out on my laserpoint. I slowed down (about 20) the cut and increased the pressure (about 140). I did only run one pass then had to cut out by hand the letters. I might try two passes next time and see if it would be close to cutting through.

Just thought I'd throw this out there. I finally gave in to getting a usb to serial port adapter. I was having issues even just cutting some simple text. It would die and go to 'waiting'. (I have had my LP 24" for over a year). I bought one from staples, a staples brand, and just hooked it up and we have flawless cutting. Hope this helps someone out.

I use square. For up to $300 they are cheaper. Then intuit (gopayment). If you pass enough transactions (over $1200/mo) regularly then gopayment with the monthly fee is the best deal without going to a full blown merchant services. If I somehow missed something, someone correct me. -
I am doing this for a client. she wants 125 of these 6"x6" approximately on some cotton bags (provided by client). I was thinking $4-5 each. It would be black siser easy weed.

Quick pricing question on heat press vinyl

Try SanMar. But prices are going to climb with textiles going up (sanmar already sent out a letter). But not much less than $3 for a basic t-hirt. -
Credit card Acceptor: Square
inkuyo replied to pitbull1126's topic in Business Practices, Sales and Pricing, etc.
This is a quick up of the rate comparison. Basically if you spend $300 or less per transaction, then use should use square. Rate Comparison Amount $300.00 Fee Rate Cost Intuit 0.15 2.70% $8.25 0.15 3.70% $11.25 Square 0 2.75% $8.25 0.15 3.50% $10.65 Intuit 0.3 1.70% $5.40 w/mo fee $12.95 So the monthly fee would need to be split out and shared to make sense. I guess if you have over 6 transaction per month over $300 then you should use the plan with the month fee. Again, just a sample. -

Credit card Acceptor: Square

I got my notice on Monday, square in my hand today. My short experience with it indicates that if the dongle spins at all your card won't read. to get a good read, lay it on a table then swipe. -
I replaced a couple of panels on this Dr's office sign. Roughly 4' x 6' back lit acrylic. My first large acrylic sign. Since I am only running an LP 24, I had a seem overlap for the circle (top to to bottom).
