I believe the problem is print drivers for cutters on the mac to work native. There is also Sun's Virtual Box that is FREE and allows you to run windows on a mac integrated. http://Virtualbox.org Some other free graphics software for mac: GIMP bit map editor @ gimp.org Inkscape Vector editing program @ inkscape.org

nice job & love the graphic... what are the chances of getting a copy of the graphic. it looks like a caricature of a good friend of mine and I could have some fun with it. thanks.. -
I have a 1400 that i purchased from staples when it was on sale for $199. I also received an additional $50 off the price for a trade-in of a broken old inkjet i had laying around. I also took the original ink cartridge and the adobe elements that came with the printer and sold them on fleaBay for $50 (wasn't planning on using them anyway). This printer cost me $100. I also purchase from Cobra 6 refillable cartridges and 6 pigment ink bottles for $80. Net Net $180 for the a pigment 1400 and enough ink to fill the carts I'm guessing about 20 times ea. I will say the printer loves to drink its photo cyan and magenta from the JPG photos i print. I did this about 4 months ago and seen the printer on sale for the same price twice seance.

I agree with John on Chris, I'm an avid listener. I have a Nikon D50 with a fast 1.4f 300mm lens for action sport shots of the kids on the ball field. Works great even in night field lighting without blur. I also have a 6mp lumax point and shoot that fits in my shirt pocket and is with me most of the time and for the most part it takes almost as good a picture as the Nikon for non action shots. I crop and blowup a lot of my shots and print them on my Epson 1400 and they look GREAT.

I aint a lawyer or campaign expert but do some campaign lit printing and every state has its own rules. it is up to the campaign to comply NOT the printer. It always good to add value and inform your customers if they miss it. It is my understanding that in Tennessee where you are located the Code States that basically anything that advocates for the election or defeat of a candidate or solicits a contribution shall have the paid for by disclaimer on it. This would include something as small as a business card. There are exceptions to the rule in subsection (3). It states that bumper stickers, pins, buttons, pens, novelties and similar small items which a disclaimer cannot conveniently be printed on are exempt from the requirement. FEDERAL CANDIDATES: Must have the "Paid for by Whatever the Official Name of their Campaign Is" for instance "Paid for by Billy Bob for US Senate" (no quotes). you may want to Google "Tennessee Code

horseshoe ringer image? anyone have one for a relay for life event

Are you looking to print or cut the image? what format for the file? -
3-D being the rage today, I like to give these sport images a 3-D look. I moved the border in and completed the glove that was cut off in the original image. This took about 45min to complete. it could use a little better edge cleanup. I needed to compress to a zip the eps file to be able to upload. Just want to share some ideas. GIMP was used to mod the image and inscape to make the EPS dustin baseball-3D.zip dustin baseball-3D.zip

fast sign franchise
slacker replied to ff-extreme's topic in Business Practices, Sales and Pricing, etc.
IMHO with a franchise you have a partner that you pay a BIG percentage of your proceeds and it aint no small chump change. What do you get for your money? advertising, technical help, support? I would say you can get that from this forum for more or less for as little as a simple thank you. btw: did i mention you have to live by their rules not your own. I kinda like being my own boss .. -
Nice thanks grabbed them
