I've been using a plastic letter opener to slice my vinyl off the cutter.

Make sure that the rollers are on the grid areas of the machine.

Change to a 60 degree blade and cut at the slowest speed possible. You will still have to fine tune your blade depth and pressure. When I started, long ago, after playing with the settings on my MH-365 I was able to get better smaller cuts. Be patient grasshopper. Also, different vinyls will cut differently.

You can also give the edge of the vinyl a slight bend upward before cutting.

It looks like there is a problem with the ink refill in the pen. The ink line is skipping. Try changing your refill.

US Cutter might have one. If not, grab a piece of plexiglass or plywood and cut yourself a new part.

We were just put on "Stay at Home", State wide, starting tomorrow at midnight. No telling how long it will last.

The slower the cut, the better the cut. The only time I speed up my cutter is when cutting 5" and larger block letters and larger solid shapes.

Keep in mind that the brand and type of vinyl you are cutting will also give you different results.

Just a note to all. As like your computer and other electronics, we all should have a back-up power supply/surge protector connected to all of them. Mine has saved me numerous times in the past as I was cutting vinyl and on sublimation projects. My TV's have them also so when there is a momentary power outage I don't have to wait forever for my program to resume without missing any of the action.They are will worth the investment.

Have you unplugged the power cord for 30 seconds like they till you to do with other electric devices that suddenly act up?

I've been searching the web all afternoon looking for a decent line drawing of a British Midland 145 jet front view. I found a few but after vectoring them they looked like crap. Thanks in advance.

I really don't have a formula for extra colors. I usually ad a little more $ depending on how much vinyl and time is involved and how good a customer they are.

I also sent Bill's wife a text this morning. As soon as this Covid-19 mess is over the wife and I will take a drive across state to take her to lunch like we did a couple of years ago.
