    My first store front window

I did not use oracal film, the film I used was FDC. I did ask my film rep about putting on the inside, They did not mention how the adhesive would hold up to the uv. Interesting point, I will have to look into that more. Thanks for the great advice, once again!

    My first store front window

This is my first attempt at a store front window. It was kind of challenging cause of the breaks in the windows, and he wanted it inside to avoid any possible grafiti. So it was all mirrored. I never realized how much more thought goes into installing letters backwards. LOL!!

  10. Ok, I did try Just turning it off, and it was hit and miss, did not always work. I never even thought about unplugging it to clear clear the memory,That makes perfect sense!! It always cuts the first one just fine, it happens when I try the second or third one I will give that one a try!! Thanks again For the wonderful help!!
  11. I was working away yesterday cutting a lot of larger graphics on my MH721 using the sign blazer elements software running it with a dell laptop with windows 7 through the USB. I have my cutter grounded as you all have mentioned in these forums. When working on these larger graphics occasionally It will just stop cutting. Sometimes the task bar that says sending to cutter goes away like it thinks it's done, sometimes it stays there like it is still sending the info until I click cancel then i get not responding and have to restart the soft ware. Could this be the usb cable? Would it be wise for me to go to one of the usb to serial converters like mentioned in this forum? Any Input would be appreciated!! Thanks!! Sherwood

A Couple of my First Projects

The White that I used was FDC 2100/2200 Premium Cast Vinyl Film - 2 mil - 9 year outdoor durability 002 gloss white, The other was Creative Films PRIME SERIES Metallic Film-003 Polychrome Silver. To work around the rivets I used the 3m Rivet apllicator brush and the standard 3m PA 1 gold squegee.
