You could use a teflon pad made for sleeves and leg prints, I have also used a sock jig for sublimating socks

I get a unexpected file format, can't you just export the file as a PDF, or an eps?

Did you try to weld it in Flexi first, auto weld did not change anything in production manager, are you just cutting in flexi, from AI?

I use Flexi 8.6v2 on windows 10 & 8.1, with no issues.

Here's an old Indy Car from the 70's that my uncle and cousin painted and stripped, and another from 1980. That's my Uncle on the far right & his son in the cowboy hat. I used to love watching them paint and the smell of turps and paint, oh..and a few beers and shots were consumed while doing so. My cousin is still doing it at the ripe young age of 76. And all was done freehand, no masking tapes involved

Those pins are for interchangeable platens, I have a GK label press that has them. As far as the wire I have no idea. Call Geo. Knight, they are very helpful

Do you have the work for a 52" machine or do you want it because it's big and within your budget, or for the wow factor? Do you have the space for it and a work area big enough to weed and apply the transfer tape, much less laying it down in one pass? I would get a higher end machine, and save yourself a lot of aggravation in the long run. Plus the fact that those big rolls of vinyl can get expensive, not to mention the waste (and shrinkage from laying around because of not being used) if you only need a much smaller decal. Just my 2 cents...

It says unexpected file format, you sure it's a Flexi file or even a vector?

I use CDx7 with CM3 on my Windows10 machine with no issues, like skeeter said, maybe a W10 update wiped it out. I have had W10 do exactly that with Flexi once, eiped it out that is.
