mopar691 replied to splash0321's topic in General discussion
i cut mine very carefully with a ofla knife all the way out and just roll the tube on the table, Works pretty good and makes a straight cut. -

There is a video in this forum of a zen Black in action. Compared to mine that thing is insane fast. But my chinese model is getting old and needs to be gone so i am actually looking at getting the ZenCut Black in 52" as soon as my finances allow. And i have read some other places on these that say thier are very good for the price range.

How does one "win" a website by a copyright infringment and defamanation suit? Furthermore what would you win? The domain? A cd of the html files? I am kinda confused on that statement and how that would play out. I am a photographer and know my fair trade laws pretty good but as far as getting possesion of a domain name on these grounds is kind of unheard of unless they were using your registerd name or loge to do said advertising. The photos he posted here first of all were not protected in any way, said party did not nor will not lose assests from these being used in the manner that they were not claimed to be from any other source and were in no means used to advertise or promote his sales or buisness.

Got my Big Squeegee on monday, and all i can say is Wow, i wish i would of had this from the start. I got both the cut vinyl tool one and the laminate one cause i couldntmake up my mind, plus i would like to "waminate" (as my wife says) some of my large prints.

i can never trust anything from a liquidation warehouse. I used to work in the cosmetics industry and you cant beleive the stuff people would send to us claiming it was bought from us. And the abuse these products take and where thier stored does nothing but degrade the final product. I would not base a name brand such as Oracal on what you purchased from a liquidator. BUt thats my thoughts and some may feel different.

Thanks I love it -
i actually dug out my light table last weekend but still not clear enough to make a definite layover, good for simple text layovers but more complex stuff just no definition there. The clear tape is the best idea for me and its fast and easy.

I cant wait to try this. Myself i hateusing the clear transfer paper. Itisjust hard to work with and hard to apply evenly. I have been using triangle reg marks and cutting them carefully and aligning with the paper app tape, but itsa slower process and sounds like using packaging tape is going to bea faster easier route. Thanks

ive applied vinyl on baked cars with 14 hour old clears. Its no prob if cured in a booth, buff em out in 4 hours and hard as nails in 12. Now if airdrying there would be some issues with this.
