When I pressed a shirt logo that says BOOST onto a grey t shirt.. It turned out good, but I noticed the film on the paper came off onto the shirt as well and made the shirt dark grey around the design were some of the paper was hanging.. Any ideas on how to fix this or If I can? I used cheap papilio inkjet transfer paper.. 375 degrees at 20 secs firm press... Ohh and the Work Force 1100 was a really good investment.. 145 bucks new from amazon.com What a deal.. Ill post up a few shirts Ive done with the new printer..

Thanks alot dakota.. Your help is defiantly appreciated... Ill also set up a used older blade for metallics and reflective's. Cutters cutting like a dream now...I'm pumped, now I just gotta pull an all nighter to do 40 shirts in 2 days lol..I love how people think this stuff can be done in hours..

Wow , changed the offset to .30... cutting perfect... I have a pcut blade witch is suppose to be .30, Mine was .25mm... thanks a lot, made my night:) 4 months later I figure this out haha... Thanks...

I'm sorta new on all of this. Is there any good directions or post I can read about setting the offsets and the other settings up. I normally just do normal car vinyl. Recently I've gotten a lot of orders on clothing. So I'm running into the small letter stuff.. Thanks a lot..

I just got a order in, 40 t shirts for the environmental science lab, They want there logo and there company name below it. Im having a hard time cutting out the small lettering. Machine keeps not cutting the letters like it should. Im using a N 45 degre angle blades with a Pcut 24inch cutter. Settings 135 press +20 speed... using digi cut pro heat transfer vinyl... not sure if my settings are wrong or what? If anyone can lead me in the right direction I would appreciate it a lot. Ill try to post a picture up in a few mins..

ok really weird, but when i left 4 hours ago the printer wouldnt cut.. I got home and hit the cut button and magically it cut..

how coems on signblazer when u click on cutter the CTN 630 isnt there ? none of the ctn's are is this a reason its messing up?

I finally got everything fixed. The program dosnt freeze no more when you hit cut. But now when I hit cut on signblazer it acts like its sending over the image to cut out but nothing happends? before when the program was freezing the printer made a few noises before it froze. Now nothing? Why is this so hard to figure out. I figured it would be a plug and play... but thats to easy lol

The statics fine. The signblazer program will freeze when it says Sorting at the bottum. I have a serial to usb adapter and cant get it to work. Its a manhatten brand, Keeps coming up saying USB HUB or somthing in my device manager I cant get it to say com03 or what ever..

I got everything set up with USB cord. I go to hit the cut button the printer makes a few noises , and says WAITING, Then the program says no response and freeses I tryed sign cut and sign blazer. I made sure the device managment settings for both are the same. Not sure what to do?
