When I import a round design into signblazer and cut it, it will not cut the whole circle. Every design is flat on the top...does this make sense? Just wondering what I am doing wrong, or what I can do to correct the problem. TIA~

I am really sorry if this has been asked a million times, but can we not use all features offered in our SignBlazer program? I just downloaded a newer version to be able to use features like Keyline and White Space and different arching techniques..... Can someone tell me the deal?? Thanks so very much!! Had someone create 2 EPS files for me. I can import it to Sign Blazer but when I send it to cut, it does not show up, and then when I click FINISH to go back, it is gone.....anybody know what might be going on and how I can fix?

I saw a shirt this weekend with the cutest font. It was an athletic/block type font with chevron stripes on the inside. However, it was screen printed and I absolutely cannot find it except for in the Silhouette Studio program. Have any of you seen something similar? Attaching a picture of the silhouette version, but would really love it in EPS format.

The Silhouette Cutters have the font, but you must have their program to download and use, just thought it may be something that could be done. Sorry, didn't mean to offend anyone by asking.

Looking for someone to create a chevron font for me. Saw this font on a shirt this weekend, but it was screenprinted. It was a sports/athletic type block font with the chevron stripes on the inside. Do you guys know of anyone who will create this for me? TIA for any help given!

Hey guys, long time no trouble.....that ceased tonight! In the middle of cutting the machine stops and starts making this really loud grinding noise. I proceed to remove screws, take off and reattach the belt and she starts working and sounding better than ever. Oh, by the way...I put back all the screws and tightened any loose ones. Well, now I go to cut some polka dots tonight, and they are all warped and mis-shaped. Could it be the rollers? I have the smallest (14inch table top) MH series cutter, which is perfect for what I use it for. LOVE my cutter and want it to work...can anyone help me? Thanks in advance! Robyn in AL
