Major Issues - Any help appreciated!

340 @ 20 sec peel hot for years… never a problem. personally I favor Stahls Cad cut if you don't need the extra soft hand. they apply at 330 @ 7 sec. saving 13 seconds per shirt when your pushing out a 50… 100… or more really saves time. -
Thanks all Thanks Skarekrow for the illustrator settings. Thanks, OW

would anyone please share their custom trace setting that might help me trace lower resolution images. I play around with setting but usually end up with a very jagged trace and about a million nodes. thanks, jason

Nice!! What materials did you use? Is it a printed transfer or multi layer colored vinyl? I recently did some on nylon and some of them started coming off. (I was using the nylon safe material)

If your new and wanting to know what works and seems to be very user friendly here's what I have. MacBook Pro and Mac Mini, OS X v10.6.4 Graphtec CE5000-60 (24") Illustrator CS5 Cut Master 2 usb, no key span (don't even know what it is and don't care) no issues When I was spending days on the web researching, a post like this would have put my mind at ease and helped with my selection.

Thanks mopar691, That looks very nice but more than I want at this time. I did consider eonworkflow once, similar to the one you mentioned. For me, I just want a simple online artwork approval option.
