  1. I did send ticket and was told to send it in and got back worst!!!!!!!!!!! Besides the $634 I spent on the cutter and sign shop in box I also bought a mighty press 16x20 only used that a dozen times hope that holds up. My big issue is how do I receive back a machine in worst condition then when i sent it in for repair??;)
  2. I bought my laserpoint about a year ago. I bought it to work on a clothing line but put it on hold because of the recession. I also airbrush but I airbrush free hand but have used the cutter to make 4-6 stencils since I've had the cutter. Every time I used the cutter I had to unplug then plug back up the usb cord to get the cutter to work. Since I don't use the cutter much I forgot to unplug and plug back in every time I went to use it. So the last time I used it it took me almost 2 hours to get it started. So while trouble shooting I noticed that it said the laser should be on. I haven't seen a laser since I had the machine so I contacted us cutter and let them know about the problem. They told me to send it in. It cost me $40 to mail and $40 for insurance $80 in total. So I got it back put it on the stand secured it and plugged it in to make sure it was atleast coming on. I didn't go to actually use it until this weekend and no go. The piece of sh** is worst than before. The laser is still not lite and the panal just stays on online mode. It's going to be great to see how they handle this. The machine never worked correctly and then after repair its worst!!!!!!!!! Bad business for us cutter. I spent over $2,000 with them not even a whole year ago and wont be spending another dime. WHY SELL JUNK??
