Make sure you reboot and check in disk management again. If a drive loses power or IDE/SATA connectivity it will not remount until a reboot is forced.

Well it definitely isn't the customer's problem. They aren't going to care about your labor or your materials, just their finished product. Cutter has been cutting fine since I purchased it last month. Now it will not cut. When I send it a cut in SignBlazer, there is no error, but the cutter does not move at all. I am using the serial cable that came with the unit. All factory settings. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling SB. I have tried unplugging the cutter. I have check the serial cable connection. I have restarted my computer. I have even tried another computer. Any ideas? This is driving me insane.

Of course you are not selling the software. You are selling the crack/keygen to illegally register the software. I seriously doubt people are going to ask you to take it down, they would rather pay $2 for cracked software than buy something legit. It is YOUR responsibility to stop offering because it is illegal. PS. I still use SBE from time to time as well as other applications, and I do sit through the nag screen. I happened upon your post and assumed you owned the rights to the software and were selling legally registered copies. When I found out they are not legal copies is when I had the problem. I just find it amusing that this board is quick to jump on illegal flexi copies and copyrighted eps files, but this is going on at the same time.

If he wants to do it that is fine. But it is far from legal. You can download Adobe Illustrator CS4 fully functional trial and the only difference between it and the paid version is the NAG that it stops working after 30 days. Removing that NAG would not be legal. Just because the software owner is dead or no longer supports the software does not make it free or public domain freeware. If you guys want to crack it or keygen that is your own business. Just make sure you know this is not legal by any means. PS..the nag was not put there just to be annoying. It was placed there so that you would purchase the software to remove it, not bypass it with a keygen.

I may have found my issue. It looks like my Serial cable may have a short in it. I will update this thread after I get another cable to try.

If I am using signblazer, and using "direct" so the jobs are not queued.

Oh I also forgot, I made sure that the head is not on the kill switch.
