  1. this is a joke, but I am not laughing.
  2. This is what I wrote to Sunie... Hi, I bought a heat press from your company a couple of months ago. From the first day that I bought it I noticed problems. I pressed maybe 150 t shirts thinking that everything is fine. I then started expermenting with JPSS paper. The paper was burning. My fellow coluges had advised me to purchase a infrared thermometer. I did just that. The press is off by 40 degrees from the front of the press to the back. The press thermometer reads only the back of the plate, esentially burning every thing that I pressed up to this point. How do I fix this problem ? the response Your infrared thermometer only can test the heat press surface temperature, not actual transfer temperature. You may reduce temperature if the paper is burned. Thanks. Jane
  3. ok cool, thanks. Let you guys know how it goes. Still super excited to get this thing runing smoothly
  4. The temperature variance is going to be a serious problem. I do not recommend Sunie heat presses.
  5. the press is off by up to 40 degrees F in some places. Thanks for the help... Just another learning experience. Stoked to have this badass infared thermometer.
  6. I ordered the thermometer. I hope this new press is not a disaster to deal with. I will keep you guys posted on the results I want to say thank you not only to Roger but to every one who contributes to helping others in these forums and in life.
  7. I agree that was very nice of Roger. I am putting my order in, in the am.
  8. From what I read :- that thermometer only reads up to 230 F. Am I wrong ?
  9. I was told to reduce the time. I dont have a infared thermometer yet. But very soon. I reduced the timer by 5 seconds. It looks great, hope it holds great. Sunie did not know what the extra menu inside temperature meant either ? it looks good. hope it holds good
  10. they include AL 1, AL 2, HY, SC, LCY ?
  11. I am using a 15 by 15 sunie press. It reads F. I noticed there is a bunch of options when I hold the temp contrtol button but have no idea what they mean ?
  12. I keep getting burn marks around the edges of jpss paper ? I am using a Teflon sheet also. Any ideas ? Thanks
  13. Levi is the man they are good at walking through problems to get them fixed. I have been a computer dork for 15 years, so far so good. but enough about my opinion. thank you for the guidance with large amounts of vinyl.
