Hi guys, Looking for a bit of help, Had the cutter around 3 years now and not really had much trouble with it, but last week I had to move my computer (running xp) out of the way to test another system. After I had finished I placed my computer back and went to cut some designs, The cutter would just move a tiny bit and stop straight away. After fiddling with all the settings and re-installing the chaser drivers I tested my laptop, this works perfect so I went on to wipe XP from the computer and installed windows 7. I had the exact same issue with the cutter so I moved my main computer into the cutter room and replaced the old one, this started to work straight away so i presumed there was a fault with the older computer but as I came to weed the vinyl I noticed lines had been missed. I have now also done a complete re-install of windows 7 on the computer too but I still get the same result. I have attached a picture of what is happening (Look at the G) Any ideas what I could try?

I have tried Bauhaus, it is the same style but the A is flipped (no problem I can flip it) but when using capitals it's not the same?

Hi, Im needing a bit of help, I have been asked if I can try make a banner but have been given a poor image to work with, I have had a go on the main badge area but was hoping to find the rose on google, i've had no look in finding it so think it will need to be re drawn. Unless anybody has a bunch of roses hidden away?

Hi Guys! I have a problem when printing text. I hav noticed it does not print clean, it has a sort of ink run around it, I have atached an image. Any ideas what would improve this? I am printing in Photoshop and using an Epson printer.

I managed to sort it, did some head cleaning and alignments. What paper would you suggest?

God knows, some cheap stuff from ebay. But pictures print perfect, Just the text has little lines on

Yes, Just done a test sheet with other fonts. They look like little lines poking from the font all the way around.

Hi, I once had a sublimation system that I purchased online, not knowing anything about how it all works at the time I learnt the importance of having the correct profile for the printer, as the one I purchased was just a cheap Epson with standard profile. I ended up selling the whole thing on but now am finding more and more people asking about custom mugs. Can I ask your opinions on the best start up sublimation printer?
