I have a local friend of mine that is starting a clothing line and asked if i could get him some shirts made up. I usually use www.Proworld.com and just order screen printed transfers this is the design I'm not sure on the quantity yet i would need two sets thou, one set the guy and words are black (for white shirts) and another set with the guy and words in white (for black shirts) Im thinking on the size 10'x10' would be a good size.

you think i would be able to do this with my sublimation printer? I've been interested in making some shirts with my sub printer but I'm not exactly sure how the steps go

I'm actually a little upset with us cutter at the moment, I needed some sister weed and some banners for a show I'm getting ready for. They ship same day if ordered before a certain time which is usually why I love to order from them. Ordered on a Tuesday didn't get shipped out till Thursday afternoon. (This was before they posted a "shipping delay alert" on the site) Ended up just ordering from another company. I guess I'll just use the stuff from UScutter as a spare banner or somethin.

you know what lol literally a few moments after i posted this i was thinking that the clear tape was thicker. i figured since i went ahead and uploaded a pic and everything i would just leave it in case anyone else made the same mistake lol -
The bigger roll is Clear Choice AT75 and its about 2 weeks old i've used at least 8 yards of it so far. the smaller roll is Conform series 4076-RLA brand new just opened the box right now. now my question is wouldn't the new roll of 4076 be bigger then my old roll of AT75 or am i just crazy? RTape Clear Choice AT75 - General Purpose Clear High-Tack Application Tape - TOP RTape Conform Series 4076-RLA - High-Tack Application Tape with RLA - BOTTOM

Copam 3050 not cutting straight lines, question not answered.
Fatboy posted a topic in Copam Cutting Plotter Discussion
Hello okay so I'm going to try and provide you with as much information as i can . I have a copam 3050 it cuts everything beautifully i suppose except for when i need to make a cut going from (Right to Left) I will try to cut out a simple rectangle and all the cuts come out good except for when the machine trys to go from right to left. It just skips like as if the blade is dragging through the vinyl instead of gliding and cutting like normal. All the other cuts are perfect, Any suggestions at all? I have a new cutting strip on there and I've adjusted the blade accordingly so thats not the problem. Does anyone know a solution to this? -
First time sublimating anything, I ordered about 20 cases from some random guy off Ebay. I got my Ricoh printer started up for the first time this Saturday. Let me know what you guys think or if I'm even doing this right lol

You personally helped me out with my pricing, That was almost a full year ago and I've been using it as my pricing calculator ever since, thanks man. Also Dakota has helped me out very much as well. Thanks guys.

I already contacted him a little while ago! Pretty excited to be getting into Sublimating.

Searched the forums Changed the blade changed the cutting strip I dont wanna just keep buying more parts and wasting money I have the Copam 3050 and i use 24 rolls of vinyl for some reason the right side of the cut isn't cutting deep enough into the vinyl and it it making it very hard to weed . the left side of the project comes out perfect. Any suggestions ?

I would just call them and see what they say, if they don't come up with a solution to your problem they might be able to get you a deal on a new one. How long have you had your plotter? when you call be ready to purchase replacement parts blade holder, cutting strip, new blades, keyspan adapter, Etc..

Just seen this, yeah came to a agreement on 18th of July. Ended up buying a new Graphtec and returning my Copam for a refund. Ended up getting store credit for my Copam on 27th of August. When i called them up to get everything finalized he didn't remember who i was even thou we spoke on the phone almost 10 times lol but I'm sure he gets hundreds of callers a day.

what causes cutter to cut different depths?
Fatboy replied to JessXEmoji's topic in General discussion
Mine was cutting through the backing. Then again my machine was defective and i had to send it back lol -
I think he's talking about non printed decals.

Copam 3050 not cutting straight lines, question not answered.
Fatboy replied to Fatboy's topic in Copam Cutting Plotter Discussion
I ended up returning my Copam Plotter. They couldn't figure out the reason why it did that except for to pretty much damn near buy every replacement part they could offer. I now have a graphtec and by far it is so much better than my copam. Its almost like night and day. Just wait until your COPAM starts cutting uneven pressure. they have heard about it from numerous people, but you have to understand the training that they probably go through only allows them to say certain things. -

Fatboy replied to kustomwerxgrafix's topic in Mac Users Board
when i updated the software i noticed a lot of issues too, sometimes the program closes out of nowhere. sometimes my designs weren't finishing 100% just random stuff, I'm sure they're going to fix the bugs- 17 replies
