You need to look at billboard wrap companies. You can have these made for around a dollar a foot. Gregory, Indy Imaging, etc. You might leave the date and do it in vinyl so you can change it each year or do a patch. Change the design to accommodate.

I would have been cheaper also. Where did 20 hours go?

How come you didn't just cut out the black to let the white show through. One less color to deal with. It looks great. I was just curious.

There was no overlapping. It was all welded and the other colors laid on top. I used Oracal 751

Is there a reason the phone number is so much bigger than the name? Do they do a big carry out business?

If you tried to put the lettering on the inside then cover it with the white you would get bubbles around the letters. It is very hard to make it look good.

I just cut little notches in the tape and paper so I can see where it needs to be. I would just line it up and do it dry.

You could use a non translucent green it would make it really dark at night almost black. The gold would pop much better at night. The sign might not look green to them though make sure they know that. You could also leave a white outline around the gold. Just let the white panel show through. It will light up much more than the other letters or background so make it smaller than you think you should.
