I need 6 single sided yard signs. 1 color, that says "You've Been Flocked!" really big and then small down in the corner says "By Spotlight Studios". Nothing special, looking for as cheap as possible, it's for a cheer team. 18x24. Let me know how much.

I just ordered an MH871,scheduled to be here today. Can I cut directly from my Corel X4 to the cutter or do I have to use the cutting software it came with (SB Elements)? I'm really hoping I can cut directly from Corel as I downloaded SB and took a look at it,I really don't want to have to learn another software if I don't have to, it's a little confusing to me. If I CAN cut straight from Corel can someone give me step by steps on how to get it set up with my cutter? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Looking to outsource to have these printed/cut, don't think it will turn out well with so many layers of vinyl. How much do you charge for print/cut say 100 of these roughly 6"x6"?

I was just at my distributor a couple of weeks ago and they showed me a sample of an Under Armour style shirt with their new Super Film, I think it's by Stahl's. That stuff is AMAZING!!!!!! It is soooooo thin you can barely feel it on that very thin shirt! He stretched the shirt as far as it would go and that stuff held up so well! Super finish, super soft hand and super colors make CAD-CUT

Is there a difference between the 60 degree clean cut balde and the 60 degree roland carbide blades that you get from US Cutter? I just ordered the US Cutter 60 degree blades because of the price, would I be getting something different from clean cut?

Hey all! I am having some issues getting my PCut to cut chalkboard vinyl (Hexis 8mil). I thought it was because I was using a 45 degree blade so I ordered the 60 degree blades, got them today, popped one in and it still won't cut through. Does the "half a credit card" rule apply to 60 degree blades as well as the 45? Should I be pulling my blade out a little farther? I have pressure at 225 and it's not even close to cutting all the way through. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Not sure if I'm right on this one but I think you would have to trace these files because they are just pictures. I would be interested to see if this person would sell the file in the format you need. You should convo them and see.

I too can relate with Jim. I bought my MH871 on 2/8/10, received it on 2/10/10 (fast shipping!). Got it hooked up on the 2/12/10 and by 2/22/10 had to contact support because it would stop cutting in the middle of a job. I made sure to read all the forums before attempting to cut anything, had my husband (cnc machinist) ground the cutter to the stand for me, hooked it up via usb as I have no other ports on my computer available. Talked to Levi on the 22nd who said that it was because I was using the weeding feature in SB. He said that I could not use the weeding feature without it freezing up, why make a feature in a program if it won't work?! So, he installed SignCut Pro (the free license for a year) and said this should work for me since I don't need to do any designing in SB (I use Corel X4 for all my work). That was great, ran a couple small test runs and viola! It was working without freezing! Next day, had to call support back. As soon as I started a large graphic it froze again. This time talked to Brandon, who after some troubleshooting determined that my machine was defective and told me to ship it back to them and they would get me a new one. He also stated that the MH series machines were not meant to cut large graphics and that I needed to be in a PCut instead, that it had more memory. Now, my first thought was, "why manufacture a 33" cutter if it won't be able to cut 33"? BTW, I was only trying to cut about 18" wide. Makes no sense to me. So anyways, Brandon said they would waive all fees because I was sent a defective machine, great! He said someone would be contacting me to make the switch out. After waiting all day with no one contacting me I called back and got some DB, Yarrow (SP?) who said that I had to ship back the cutter at my expense!!!! Are you kidding me???!!! I have had a machine for all of 13 days that had been determined as defective and I have to pay upwards of $65 to ship the POS back to them?!!! They said it states in the warranty that buyer is responsible for shipping back to manufacturer, hello is this even a warranty issue at 13 days? And even if it were, wouldn

I have used both the siser and the econoprint. If you are planning on doing mostly t shirts I would for sure go with the siser. The econoprint is nice in that is has a more matte look and feel to it, but MUCH thicker! I will not be buying anymore of the econoprint, what I have left I am using on sweatshirts, they are heavier so the thicker feel of the econoprint isn't so bad.

Here's a sign I made for a local cheer organization. Tell me what you think. I know it's a little off center, my bad. Any tricks you talented folks wish to share on aligning?
