I have already stated I tried to use the serial and the usb neither will work but the program shows that its cutting.. I have also used these same cables to cut on another machine just to make sure the cables were not bad thanks

Thanks... But already done that... thats why I did it on 3 different Computers.. I thought that maybe something out of the program dropped

the Computer"s are PC Not Mac...The reason I mention the test cut is to inform that the cutter is Operational... Cutting software is Flexi 7.6 with the right add ons... its been working for months... the ports have been tried on com1 com 4 (USB) (the software shows that the information is being sent to the cutter) if I send it in the wrong ports it will tell me so...I was cutting a job and when I went to cut again is when it just would not go....I have tried it on 3 different computers now and still no go...When I change the cable I can cut and print with my PC 60 or my CJ-70 but the lp will not go

My Roland cj-70 blade holder will not go up or down in regular or manual mode... it goes through all the actions of cutting but will not go up or down can anybody help me? thanks

My laser 24 quit reading from the computer.... I tried usb - serial ports change computers.. still no workie I try the test button and it cuts fine just not reading from the computers...its been cutting great until now// Please help Thanks
