I have mine grounded. I have the dryer sheet, that I rub everything with, and it still cuts a line all the way across or all the way down the vinyl. I am starting to think I should have just kept my 12". This crap is making me mad!! And I have a humidifier in here with it too!!

I have had the 12" for about 2 years and it works fine. I just purchased the 721 and now I can not get it to cut. I downloaded the driver and changed the some of the settings in setup but it still will not cut. Any clues? Thanks so much

I just wanted to say thanks for all the help that you guys give "us". I have had my cutter since October and love it, no problems. I have "peaked" in here almost daily since before I ever bought the cutter. I have purchased clean cut blades, a epson 1100 and used a lot of your links to buy vinyl, sign boards and tags. I have got A LOT of ideas for gifts from ya'll, my family loves my gifts. Anyway, Monday lightening struck my computer, printer (1100), satellite and the wii. My cutter was connected to the computer but was unharmed. (Thanks God!) But I could not get the new computer to recognize it. I have read, read, read since Monday. Finally today I got it to work. (USB) And I just wanted to say "Thanks!!" I was tempted several times to ask for help but I kept reading and I did it. When you answer somebody's question you never know who all you are helping......THANKS

Thanks tinaski for the information and link. I did come up with a full tree, not branches and just added the names in it. Then I did one that I got off a Halloween picture and added some more branches but it looks scary.lol I'll try to post pix shortly of them. She wants this on shirts for the family reunion, I'm waiting to see which one she wants so I know if I will have them screenprinted or vinyl. I'm leaning more to screenprinting because of all the names (each child has about 3 names). Thanks and anymore advice is welcome..

A lady has asked me to do her a family tree with 9 kids. I know somebody on here had done this before but I can't find it in search. The tree that she drew for me is just branches not a full tree. Can anybody help me with this? Thanks

I called nglantz he said if ups delivers it, sometimes they break -or whatever- the coroplast so he told me I should go with PVC board he said it is better!? and its 18.99/ sheet with $20 shipping. What do yall think? If I do pay $40 for the board what should I charge him to do the sign? RDR where do you order from? Thanks, I am learning and trying not to be too "needy" lol

Hi I need a 4X4 (blank) sign. When I tried to order one from different places on the internet shipping was awful. Like $108 one place, another place was 100. Because they said it would be truck shipped. The customer wants a simple sign, with a business name, services he offers, and phone number and his name. Where can I get the sign from so I can make it without all the profits being used for shipping? And how much would you charge for a simple sign like this? Thanks
