I removed the cutting strip, flipped it over and secured it. I also replace the blade (which wasn't really an issue) and adjusted the blade pressure (force) and after a little adjustment, it seems to be cutting correctly now. Thanks to all who offered suggestions.

The blade is tip is barely visable and as stated the beginning of the cut is fine. The vinyl cuts properly (right depth) and weeds easily. On a 3"x20" word, let's say the word "Industrial", The first 3 or 4 letters cut properly then the rest of the letters are NOT deep enough to weed. It is set. Once cutting begins, the frist 10-14 inches cuts fine but beyond that the blade doesn't cut deep enough.

Correction: deeper cut at the start (all the way through) then about half way starts cutting at the correct depth

Can someone please explain why my Titan II cutter is cutting fine as it starts but, the further to the LEFT it cuts the "shallower" it cuts. I have reset the pressure however when it cuts deep enough through - say from center to extreme left, it is cutting all the way through the vinyl AND backing. Really befuddled!! Brand new blade and everything set up correctly.

Does anyone know how to change (or increase) color selection n Vinyl Master PRO

Hello all. Has anyone had any experience with cutting down a roll of vinyl. What I need is to cut a 24"x50yd roll of white exterior vinyl down to 9". Have a customer with a newly painted service station canopy (red) and wants two 9" white stripes all the way around. Any advice on cutting it to the 9" would be appreciated.

I have VM pro and the few issues I had, after having to replace a part on my Titain 2, were resolved through US cutter support without any problems. Just my $.02

Not so much an applicator as a dispenser. Using the big squeegie take all the work out of it.

I made a manual applicator that has worked really well. Plan to redo after the holidays. Will try tomorrow to get a good shot for you. Really simple and works great.

I know this thread is for criticism and complaints however, I have to relay recent experience. I had some issues with mt Titan 2 (out of stock part needed) so I found 2 P-cut 630's and alike new laserpoint2 on craigs list. The gut bought all from US Cutter. Negotiated price of $150 for all 3. Drove 90 miles and picked up the cutters. Long story short. Contacted US Cutter customer support, since I couldn't seem to get them going. They called me back within about an hour and in no time, had everything up and running. My $.02.... they are GREAT. Shortly after got the titan2 part and now it's running like new . Happy, Happy, Happy!
