I tried to install from the link mb20music provided. No matter what cutter I use in setup (and I tried copam 2500, creation pcut, and the Roland pnc 1000) Each time I get the following message "Can not open output device. Error initializing cutter." I tried to install drivers from the driver.exe that came with SignBlazer Elements install. It keep saying there is a newer driver already installed and it will not install it. Is there some kind of com port driver that I might need to install since it connected by USB?

I have a uscutter laserpoint I. Is there any other software that can be used with this cutter. The downloads that are available for SignBlazer is the Elements version and does not list my cutter, therefore will not connect the cutter to my computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know of any software that is compatiable with the software for the PCUT that can be used to make rhinestone templates?

Hi All, I'm new to the cutter business. I'm had an in home embroidery business for about 4 years now, and thought I wanted to get into heatpressing lettering on shirts and who knows from there. I know there's alot of different avenues you can take using a cutter. I purchased a LaserPoint cutter a couple of months ago. I just started trying to use it this past week. All that I have accomplished is disappointment and a mess. I hope I can find some help on this forum. I'm using SignBlazer software and I can't figure out how do you know where to line up the vinyl. I started it at the right edge and the lettering starting cutting and running off the vinyl. Then the vinyl started feeding in crooked. Then the blade start cutting aimlessly. I finally just turned the thing off and said forget it. So someone will be disappointed today. I promised a graduation party banner to a friend. That won't happen! Hopefully my future with the cutter will get better. :'(
