    Corel 12 problems

    We are having problems with our Roland 500 using Corel 12. We cant get the propper position to get the job to print repeatedly It's hit and miss the same setting do not always get the same results. I spent a few hours yesterday and got all the setting right I guess because it was working and we were catching up on work and then the cutter just stopped after a job. I don't know if the two problems are related or not. Any Idea's? Motor or board do you think? Thank you for your time.

    Cutter head stopped working

    We have been having problems with our Roland 500 Cutter. It was not cutting reliably and yesterday the head just stopped moving. We had just finished a job and the head stopped and that was it. We tried turning it off and unplugging it, even left it unplugged overnight but it still wont work this morning. We are running XP SPK2 and the usual programs, Corel Draw, Art cut and so on.
