    8'x8' sign

I'm putting together a 8'x8' sign (two 4x8)(aluma-corr) Will be supported around the perimeter with 2x2, my concern is where the bottom of the top piece and the top of the botttom piece come together, there is no support there. I'm concern about the two pieces weaving in and out over time. I really don't want to put a 2x2 across the middle of the sign. Any ideas on how to support this or will it even need to be supported? Thanks for the help! TC

    help with substrate

What would be the best substrate for a 48''x96'' sign.? It's going on a corrugated metal building(not flat) also it's facing east and gets hit hard with morning sun. Thanks! TC

cut all the way across the vinyl

How do I get my cutter to cut all the way across? copam2500, sign cut 2x. When I make a cut, it cuts on the right side, and when I make the secound cut, it cut right behind the first cut. I'm wasting a lot of vinyl. What do I need to set up to utilize the left side of the vinyl? Hope this makes sense. Thanks, Tom

    USB or not USB

double checked, no 9 pin cable. when you say choose the right setting, is that in my control panel or the signcut software?
  13. I'm getting ready to hook up my new Copam 2500 with signcut 2x, should I use the USB or the 25 pin parallel port cable? There is a 9 pin serial port cable male receptacle, but I did not receive a serial cable. I'm a newbe, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Tom

    where to buy?

Hello all, first post! Getting ready to buy a Copam24. Should I get it on Ebay and save a few bucks or from USC and get the extended warranty? Your thoughts would be appreciated! TomC
