How do I adjust the blade offset? Do you know where i can find the recipe from Banner JOhn? I looked but couldnt come up with anything. Thanks alot!!!

OH AND ONE MORE QUESTION!!! I just noticed that my Blade holder (THE LOOP PART)is cracked. It still holds the blade but instead of being a circle to drop the blade cartridge into, its two half circles, held together by pressure. Is this covered in warranty?

1.) When Cutting Vinyl and weeding, my PCUT leaves ALOT of corners still uncut. I have to go back with an XACTO and finish the cut while weeding. 2.) I bought my PCUT about 4-5 months ago, and I dont know if it has the "new blade type" or the "old blade type". Which do I have? Im going to try new blade to solve the above problem, but i dont think thats it. 3.) When doing "wet" applications to coroplast or glass, does any transfer tape work? AND the guy who showed me used a solution of soap and water to spray first. Is this ok? Thanks!!

Hello. I am a noobie at this and got a PCUT 630 about 2 weeks ago. I am in contact with a traffic sign rental company (barricades, etc) and they are in need of vinyl signs for each of their barricades. That part i can hack but they have asked me about parking signs, like handicap, etc. Anyone know where i can get metal sign blanks? Has anyone done this before? If i find metal sign blanks + 3m reflective, should I coat it with anything to protect it?

hello, Im trying to find vinyl that apperantly is not easy to find. Im making interior signs for drywall. I want matte vinyl, doesnt have to be for outdoor use but everytime I order vinyl, my suppliers say matte is not in stock, or they only carry one type and not 24" only 15". I dont think im looking for anything too specialized. Just a vinyl that is not HIGH GLOSS that is good to hand on drywall and thin enough to contour to a lightly texturized surface.Most stickers I see on cars are ussually not High Gloss so I dont understand why i cant find it. Any ideas? Anyone know if a model number or supplier that can provide this? Thanks

Hello to all. Having an issue with my PCUT hopeing someone can help me Just got it, connected it Serial. During a cut the cutting depth is not consistent. In some parts, it cuts all the way through the paper, in others it doesnt even cut the vinyl. Becasue of this i doubt its a pressure setting. The cutter is out just a tiny bit and ive done my best to allign the vinyl. Its not shifting over at all, so im sure it straight. Any other ideas?
